Why should you work with me?

With 7 years of experience in the wedding photography industry, I have worked with both Vietnamese and international couples. My job is not only to photograph, but also to listen and understand the people, the culture, and their expectations. I will guide you, help you to feel comfortable in front of the camera, capture important moments of your elopement day, and tell your love story via photographs.

I have been there, done that! I planned my own destination wedding 10,000km away from home. I genuinely understand your excitement and your challenges!

I’m a local photographer, you will have someone who knows where to go and what to expect.

I speak Vietnamese and English fluently so you will have an ease of communication with me. I can also help you with any language barriers you may have with local suppliers during the planning process and on the wedding day.

I provide tailored package to suit a couple’s needs. You can request a personally designed package & a timeline that fit you and everything you want for your day.

I work my best to ensure your photos are never lost due to a backup issue. From the moment I capture each image, it’s saved twice in my camera. Then, I import the photos to my computer, a hard drive and a cloud, and sometimes even an additional hard drive.

How does it work?

1. Reach out to me

Fill out the contact form to schedule your free consultation call. I will answer your questions This is a great chance to know each other and know if we are a good fit. It helps you feel confident to move forward.

2. Reserve your date

Sign a contract to confirm your booking. I only require a 35% retainer fee to start. After that, you will have all my knowledge, elopement/wedding advice, and any planning help you may need.

3. Enjoy your special day

After helping you to craft your elopement. I will photograph your special day. What you need to do is enjoy your day!

I am with you for however long suits you best to tell your story. Every elopement is as unique as the couple, so your day will be entirely customized to you and how you want to experience it.

Photo Gallery

You will receive your online gallery of high-resolution edited photos within 6 weeks from your elopement day. The gallery is private and allows unlimited downloads.

Planning Assistance

A huge advantage when you hire me is that I know where to go, what to expect. I will assist you with your planning that includes finding locations, wedding vendors recommendations, activity ideas suggestion. I will help you craft a tailored timeline that suits you most. Important parts of the your day would be considerably organized at the best lighting on each location.

Photo Storage

Keep your high resolution photos safe and you can access anytime for an entire year. It can be extended.

No Additional Travel Fees

My travel costs are included in all packages that you will receive. No extra fee, no hidden fees you need to worry about.

Vietnam Elopement Photography Packages

Elopement photography packages are designed for ‘just-the-two-of-you’ or super intimate weddings that involves up to a maximum of 20 guests. All the packages include:

  • Photography coverage from 4 hours, half day, full day to 2 days
  • Drone photography coverage (where it’s allowed)
  • Photo gallery: secured online gallery with hi-res images
  • Planning assistance: I will assist you in the planning process, including: finding locations, accommodations, wedding vendor recommendations & communications, activity ideas suggestions and a personalized, detailed timeline creation.
  • Photographer travel fees are included for each region of Vietnam

Phu Quoc & South of Vietnam: Starting at 20,000,000 VND / 770 USD
Central of Vietnam: Starting at 22,500,000 VND / 865 USD
North of Vietnam: Starting at 25,000,000 VND / 960 USD

Vietnam Destination Intimate Wedding Photography Packages

Intimate wedding packages are designed for destination weddings that involve from 20 to 50 guests. All the packages include:

  • Photography coverage from 8 hours, full day to 2 days
  • Drone photography coverage (where it’s allowed)
  • Photo gallery: secured online gallery with hi-res images
  • Planning assistance: I will assist you with your planning, including wedding vendor recommendations and detail wedding timeline creation
  • Photographed by 2 professional photographers
  • Photographers’ travel fees are included for each region of Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City: Starting at 18,500,000 VND / 710 USD

Frequently Asked Questions

A private online gallery with high resolution edited images will be delivered to you for viewing, downloading and storage. A sharable online gallery is available upon your request.

You can expect to receive your gallery within 6 weeks from your elopement & wedding day.

I curate the gallery and perform professional image editing. This process takes time. If I could deliver your full gallery in 2 weeks, I would definitely do so. However, from my practice over the years, I would rather my clients wait 6 weeks for a pretty gallery than 2 weeks with rushed editing.

Sneak peak gallery will be delivered within 48 hours from your elopement day.

Of course you can, when you decide to elope, you open a door to all the possibilities you can have for your day. It’s all about your experience and how it will be captured so you can tell your story to your family, your friends, and your children for many years to come. The more hours of photography coverage, the more flexibility you can get.

I only require a 35% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your booking.

The retainer fee can be transferred via PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, SWIFT banking or Cryptocurrency.

I prepared a few more payment transfer methods that may be available in your country. We can discuss it in our consultation call. My goal is to provide you with a suitable and convenient option.

My approach is to keep your elopement intimate and storytelling your day via photographs. In order to tell your story better, I will spend time getting to know you as much as I could. Mostly via consultation call and planning process together. I usually meet my couples before their elopement to overview their event and proposal backup plan if the weather looks not ideal.

Once I get to know you better, I will be able to guide you, help you to feel comfortable in front of the camera, so I can capture your moments of the day while you still stay true to yourself.

Depending on how long you want me to photograph your elopement. Normally, I would focus on the getting ready, the details (wedding attires, vows book, wedding bands, etc), your portraits (individual and together), your first look experience (if any), your ceremony, your celebration, your adventure and any moments in between.

  1. Contact me first by filling out the contact form to schedule your free consultation call. I will answer your questions. This is a great chance to know each other and know if we are a good fit. It helps you feel confident to move forward.
  2. Once you feel we’re the right fit, we will sign a service agreement + put down a retainer fee to confirm your booking.
  3. Planning assistance: you will have all my knowledge, elopement & engagement advice, and any planning help you may need. I will provide location guide, wedding vendors list, activities suggestion and help you plan your special day.
  4. Wedding day: it’s your day, enjoy it with your partner. I will photograph the happiest day of your life.
  5. Receive photographs: You will receive sneak peek gallery within 48 hours, full gallery within 6 weeks from your elopement day.
